David W. Gilpin founded Gilpin Law Offices in 2007.  He started general practice in 1992 and became a managing partner in 1997.

Gilpin is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, having a membership in the sections of Autotorts and Workers’ Compensation.

Gilpin graduated Appalachian State University cum laude with BS in Communications and Political Science 1986.   He graduated University of North Carolina School of Law 1989.

Gilpin has had substantial radio, television and theatre experience, having worked in radio and television and doing numerous theater roles and voice overs.

He is the proud husband of Lisa Gilpin and dad to Zachary, age 7 and Liam, age 4.
